Durante las investigaciones en mi Samsung New Series 9 con 12.10 instalado, encontré esto:
- Configuración> detalles> Ubuntu 13.04
- lsb_release> ubuntu 12.10
Es eso posible ? Realmente creo que mi problema de impresión está relacionado con esta inconsistencia...

Mejor respuesta
lsb_release obtiene su información de /etc/lsb-release , proporcionado por el paquete base-files , mientras que gnome-control-center simplemente muestra el archivo PNG en /usr/share/gnome-control-center/ui/UbuntuLogo.png , que se distribuye en el paquete gnome-control-center-data .
Compruebe qué gnome-control-center-data está utilizando con el siguiente comando:
apt-cache policy gnome-control-center
Puede ser una versión de un PPA o alguna otra fuente que haya instalado; dependiendo del resultado del comando anterior, puede decidir si desea purgar el PPA, o reinstalar el paquete, o ignorar la discrepancia de versión informada...
