Tengo que actualizar el servidor Ubuntu 10.04 a 12.04.
10.04 ya no es compatible. Entonces, ¿qué paso debo hacer para una actualización limpia?
Hice los siguientes pasos:
sudo sed -i -re 's/([a-z]{2}\.)?archive.ubuntu.com|security.ubuntu.com/old-releases.ubuntu.com/g' /etc/apt/sources.list
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get update
sudo do-release-upgrade
Después de un tiempo, la actualización se cancela:… Restaurando el estado original del sistema

es mejor descargar iso y volver a instalar
puede instalar el servidor Ubuntu 12.04
Haga clic en el enlace 32 bits o 64 bits puede seleccionar
la actualización no es posible para las versiones anteriores
o intente 17.04 Haz clic en el enlace del torrente
