¿Error de configuración regional con apt-get Install?

No se puede instalar ningún paquete o software nuevo usando apt-get install en Ubuntu 14.04,

Para corregir las configuraciones regionales, verifique la configuración de soporte de idioma:debe estar instalado el inglés (India). Si no, instálelo. Luego ejecuta:

sudo locale-gen en_IN.UTF-8

Si eso no genera la configuración regional, puede usar

sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales

y elija en_IN UTF-8 de la lista masiva para hacer lo mismo
