Después de actualizar mi kernel a 3.14.1 y 3.14.2 (actualmente en uso), mi conexión inalámbrica ahora se puede usar a veces (lo que me hace feliz).
Pierdo el 0 % de los paquetes aproximadamente el 70 % de las veces y entre el 1 % y el 100 % de los paquetes perdidos el otro 30 %.
Volver a conectarme a mi red inalámbrica es la única solución que encontré hasta ahora, pero no siempre soluciona el problema.

Este es un problema que también he estado experimentando. Para resolverlo necesitas actualizar tu kernel manualmente. Actualicé a 3.14.1 personalmente.
